glad the white background is white and not red...with the dripping it wouldn't be all that friendly.....
#2 would be my favourite seeing them only single, but together they work even better with those diagonals in different directions.
Markus, I like them together too. The first one doesn't quite have enough going on for me by itself, but leads into the second pretty well.
