Markings

Waterbury, Connecticut

Not all marks made with a can of spray paint are graffiti. I was thinking this pattern was interesting when the car came by to complete the picture.

    That is weird, graffiti is what I posted about today. I saw some utility workers marking a street like this one day and an old lady asked them, "What are you kids doing." They tried to explain.
