Sure, why not? I think I've posted at least one other here, a handicap parking space drawn out freehand with a spray can, some months back. If you want to collect more from our little circle of photographers that's fine with me.
I was in Saratoga the other day parked next to a handicap spot. A car pulls in, lets off the wife and she goes shopping. He takes out a bottle and starts playing with his pants, I figure I know what he is doing so I look away. A few minutes later I look back and see him dump the contents out the window just second before a woman cut through betwen him and the other spot. Now that would have been a picture. But really some people are disgusting. But I think as a retired officer and a photographer I notice things like this.
