Markus, I'm not a beach person either--too sensitive to the sun, plus not enough to do--but this stretch of beach is meticulously maintained by the resort/condo-community. It's also open to the general public as a part of the permitting process allowing the developer to build. Pretty advanced thinking on the part of Hillsborough County.
Looks nice, I will be heading back in January.
