I didn't know that nails even had faces that could be waxed.A neon sign near where I live offers 'tattoo piercing', which sounds to me like an even worse idea.
Plus, the neon smokeshop sign is none too PC, as well.
Looks like a beauty shop with a religious bent. There is never any accounting for smoke shops, but they often do have interesting graphics. Thank you so much for your kind comment on my blog today. I always value your assessment.
