Interesting (besides the composition): Is this what I think? Dogs' poo bags are red in Germany, and usually smaller...
I don't think so. There's a park nearby with a dog cleanup bag dispenser, and they're green, but not so big.
The fact that they are knotted makes me suspicious however...
