I wonder if the nitwit who put the sign up will come back at some point to clean it off that taxpayer-funded box. Or will he/she just let a taxpayer-funded municipal worker do it?
I'd guess they'll let the taxpayer-funded municipal worker do it, while they complain that there's too much gummint...
Or, do like they do in L.A.: plaster the entire box over with "street art."
