Does Kingston NY get a lot of snow most winters?
They all have the signs, which I haven't seen elsewhere.Mike, not THAT much.
In a subdivision in which I once lived, the township placed markers by each hydrant, about 3 ft tall. Not often that the snow gets that high in SE PA, but the plows can pile up quite a bank of the stuff.
Must be an important one.
