Not a typical Carl Weese (I think)... I like the composition of rectangular shapes disrupted by the stairs and metal railings. The unobstrusive colouring is nice.
Martina, what caught my eye was the powerful green color the window cast on the concrete steps, set off even more by the surround of soft red tile (good old complementary color contrast). As for not typical--I guess it's a lot simpler than most of my pictures. I'm generally drawn to complexity. Here there really was only a little bit of surrounding needed to set off the weird green-colored concrete.
