For me that image sings, Carl. I love the rhythm of the ground, the soft swirl of the clouds, the iuxtaposition of the trees, the inclination of the small trees, the subtle coloring... A precious capture in my eyes.
I've been enjoying the trees in the snow pictures. Especially the "just right" amount of snow that lets you see the texture of the ground showing through. This is a look we don't get much of, down South.
Thanks David. It isn't that common here either—what happened was that we had a small amount of snow followed by day after day of sub-freezing temperatures.
