Naugatuck, Connecticut
This morning I encountered this tag while looking for some early morning scenes along the Naugatuck River. I wondered, is it some sort of code? A secret hidden meaning? Then I remembered that back last Friday I'd seen another tag not far away.
The "handwriting" looks the same to me. That makes me think the other tag isn't a secret code, but just a dumb mistake.
