Tyler, the headline text was all that interested me for the picture. I didn't read the finer print when I was there. In any case, the fine print doesn't explain "why" but is legal boilerplate notifying persons or businesses who object to the removal that they have ten days to place a formal protest with the city Tree Warden.—Carl

The question is why?
There is not significant resolution to be able to read all the text on the sign, even if it does explain the why.
