A great shot. The flat light gives no shadow clues. I can see that the sidwalk is raised above the street below it but is the tree growing out of the middle of the street! E
It's actually a parking lot on the other side of the fence, several feet below sidewalk and main street level. The tree is growing at the margin of the parking lot paving.
