Hmm, maybe a monitor and web translation/interpretation thing. On my calibrated monitor viewing the original file, the house sits perfectly at level 234 with a nice hint of clapboard, and shadows separate right down to the black cutouts. When I check the online file with the computer I use for the internet (also calibrated), there's the typical loss of subtlety from conversion to sRGB but everything is "still there."

Cute capture, but shouldn't we be able to see it? Burn the house down, dodge the drunk. I had to use shadow/highlight to see anything.
