It's really unusual to see it, and I have no idea how conscious the tagger may have been. Anarchy as a social/political/historical movement is very little known or understood here. When you encounter the term it most often seems to be used as a blanket pejorative (similar to the way American politicians throw around the term socialist) without contextual understanding. This, btw, is just a few miles north of the swastika graffiti.

I wonder if the people who sprayed the Anarchy A know as much about this symbol as the ones who sprayed the swastika know about the swastika.
