Markus, this is a block of attached wood-frame commercial buildings at the edge of the town center. They've been vacant for a long time, though there's been quite a bit of revival and even gentrification a few blocks south. I think they are quite old, 100+ years, and if someone decides to develop the property I expect they'll start from scratch. See next post, end of the building block.
