Reminds me of the Hudson River School painters. Probably even lovelier as fine prints.

John, Tina insists I was directly influenced by the Jervis McEntee show we saw last month at SUNY New Paltz. I loved a lot of the work, and there are ways that some the approach and technique can make for parallels between 19th century painting and 21st century digital photography. Looking forward to printing some of these but for the moment too busy hiking and shooting them.
