Can't upload, some issue with cookies that it won't let me fix.
Update:
For a while now there's been an annoying glitch with Blogger using Safari. Every week or so it would show a message saying you can't upload now without allowing cookies, with a button to allow cookies. Then the next attempt to upload would simply fail. Then the next try worked normally. Annoying but likely wasted less than a minute each time. But I hate things that don't work right.
This morning it showed a different message, can't upload at this time, try again later, or log on to Google, or allow cookies. It showed a button saying learn more, not approve cookies, as before.
OK, I checked, and confirmed that I was logged in to Google. I hit the learn more button and found nothing that would let me hit an allow cookies button. Tried open searches and everything related to dealing with cookies in Blogger only talked about doing it in Chrome. I can take a hint, even if it annoys the hell out of me. Installed Chrome, and uploading files to create blog posts works normally, as it used to from Safari. Let's see how long that lasts.
If I'm not mistaken, long ago, before Chrome was a thing, I had to install Firefox because Blogger wasn't working right with Safari. Maybe a dozen years ago. So now I have Chrome installed with a single bookmark, for my Blogger all posts creation page.

I hate it when stuff you use all the time quits working. Still, we’ve both been using Blogger for a long time (nearly 19 years for me) and it’s still around. I just hope it keeps going.
Yeah, stuff that doesn't work right is really frustrating. Your note reminded me to check—looks like I will have been using Blogger for twenty years this coming September 7.
Sorry that I commented above as Anonymous. I didn’t mean to.
