This looks like a good prospect for spring, Carl! I planted daffodils last year but made the mistake to put them in groups of only 5, and the groups too far apart - that doesn't deliver the feeling of abundance that you transport here. Maybe in some years they will form such dense bushels.
Markus, these beds have been going since we moved here in 1991. They do propagate and Tina hs several times dug up and replanted (even given to friends) the bulbs to new locations. They are very hardy.
