New Milford, Connecticut

A new series of postings is beginning over at The WPII Blog: The Hooker Day Parade. But it's not what you're thinking.

Lyle, interesting. This shot has been sitting in my for-the-blog/current folder for an unusual length of time. I liked it immediately when first downloaded, but sort of couldn't figure out *why*. Finally decided to post it.

At first I was drawn to this because it had a very pleasing line, the "so little" part. But as I looked at it more, there is so much movement. The arrow directing the action, the line splitting (almost in defiance), the little bits of debris following both arrow and 90 degrees to it. How much of a story can you tell with the minimum of information? I think it has the same ideas going for it as the 'wall' series. btw, loved today's post on WPII - got to get up to CT and see your show with the St. Pat's day work!....
