So gloomy, joyless and grey ...
I love the play of colors. The yellow hydrant and the purple are a great contrast.
I actually like the light on a dark, rainy day. Here it makes the yellow hydrant and blue shirt stand out in a way they wouldn't on a bright, dry day.
