Conference on the Flood Wall

Ansonia, Connecticut

I don't know what these guys are. Vultures of some sort, but very small, I almost mistook them for crows. They appeared disappointed with the prospects for carrion in the area.

Look like cormorants. No idea if there are comorants in CT, though.

Yes, there are, but I'd never seen any along the Naugatuck River before, so it didn't register. One of them actually did the spread the wings to dry them thing, which really should have clued me in. Oh well.
