Drain Pipe

I don't have any idea what the tag says, but I kind of like the style. The elements of the scene seem to fit together. The drainpipe had to come first. Was the graffiti done just now, with the weeds in place, or has it been there for a while with the weeds growing up to match? Just a few weeks ago there was a plastic mini-billboard here. It might have been covering the tag, or that might have been sprayed after the advertisement was removed.
