I don't know what they're going to do with these. The upstairs of The Armory has been converted into a really nice gymnasium. I'm not an electrician, but the color of the cables might be a code for the guage or capacity. It looks like they'd be used as giant extension cords, but I don't know for what.
Lol - my mistake, I read the title "in the basement, the armory" without any capitals in the sense of "in the basement: my armory" ... thought you were going to do attack some installations in your house's basement.
