James, there is quite a revival going on in Torrington. Not of the old industrial base, but arts and cultural organizations and rehab of the downtown, Main Street buildings as studios and such. Remarkable since there is certainly no general economic recovery going on in the area.

That is such an un-Torrington like image. I always think of it as a grey New England small city. Nice to see that I'm wrong.
