THE FARMER'S DAUGHTER

St. Johnsbury, Vermont

At least not everything in The People's Republic of Vermont is totally politically correct.

What a great and funny sign. Good find.

Stupid me, I just looked for the best angle and didn't think to shoot the other side, "just because."

;) - Certainly not from the bible belt, I assume.

St. Johnsbury is in the Northeast Kingdom of VT, a place unrelated to the upscale slightly hippie NW corner of VT, around Burlington and Waterbury. NE VT probably reached its greatest population around 1840. It's where you might expect to go into a diner and spend time reading signs spelling out all the reasons the curmudgeonly owner might choose not to serve you. Not politically correct up there at all.
