Easter Sunday Morning, Waterbury, CT

Waterbury, Connecticut

Looking west from the end of The Green, out W. Main Street.

A lonely police cruiser in front of a shuttered church at the north side of The Green.

A man smoking a pipe on The Green. I only spotted two other people (aside from me) in a space that is heavily occupied almost all the time.

Another shuttered church. Plus a war memorial (there are several on The Green).

Church Street, looking south. On the right, one of the city's complex of county court buildings. On the left, office buildings mostly tenanted by legal firms and other court-related businesses. It might look like this at 10:45 on Easter Sunday morning in normal times.

Looking south down Meadow Street, with the clock tower in the distance. It wouldn't be this empty at any time of day or night, in normal times.
