The Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art has a "street art" exhibition celebrating graffiti on other people's buildings. Their own building? No graffiti tolerated; it is immediately scrubbed clean, art or not.

Don, sure. But the lines are blurry on this form of expression. Where it becomes criminal mischief isn't always an easy call.
TT, nothing is or isn't art by definition. Each individual instance stands or falls on its own merits.
