Route 121

Grafton, Vermont

We wanted to go from Grafton to Londonderry, and Route 121 was by far the shortest course (there aren't a whole lot of roads in rural Vermont). As we started, though, a sign announced "twisting unpaved road, next 12 miles." Sounded like fun, and it was.

A recommendation, not a warning...

Maybe not so much in mud season!

Carl, as a native of Londonderry (NI) or Derry as those of us of a nationalist persuasion call it, it was very odd to see that your were travelling to Londonderry while remaining in the US.

Dennis, it's a very well maintained, hard-surface unpaved road, but enough rain could make for trouble. Frank, there are British Isles type names all through the New England states.
