I know. I shot this on a Sunday when nobody was around. I want to go back on a weekday and find out more about it. "Recaps" are, I think, still used in the trucking industry though I'm quite sure they are no longer legal for passenger car tires. Several questions to ask there, maybe get a tour of the factory?
