Carl, the lot is a junkyard but they left the sign? Is the screen still there as well?
Lyle, perhaps they wanted to convert the sign to advertise the shopping plaza, but never got around to it. The screen is still up but difficult to see at the back of the lot which is surrounded by a tall privacy fence.
