New Haven, Connecticut
This building, not all that far from the town center, looks as though it began life as a carriage house back in the 19th century. It doesn't look as though the auto glass business has been active since perhaps the middle of the 20th.

Carl, the colors here really work well--those green shingles are perfect. I think the old sign makes an interesting contrast to, and perhaps commentary on, the commercial signs that have appeared in your recent posts from New York. No "life-style" appeal here, just "Drive In."
Thanks, Edd. The building is incongruous for some reason. It's about half or three-quarters of a mile west of The Green, and just doesn't fit with the other buildings. It's not exactly a bad area, but clearly has seen better times. What were once modest single family dwellings are now mostly divided up into multiple rental units.
On a technical side note, the color was so unusual, and so central to the picture, that I did a WhiBal test frame, and found that the picture works best at exactly the "correct" WB. Auto WB was understandably quite a bit off.
