Plus, a story of good customer service. My Datacolor Spyder X pro has been acting strange recently, not the hardware, but part of the software. Calibration is good, but the reminder notification that it has exceeded the one month recalibrate interval keeps coming up when it's nowhere near a month. When it came up the day after a calibration, I decided to send in a support request. When I checked email a couple hours later, there was a message with a link and step by step instructions on a slightly complex sequence of steps to download and run a "tool" that would reset the software. Then run a full calibration. The process went smoothly on both of my Macs. My thanks to Datacolor customer support.
