Recent Photographs: all photographs © 1969-2013 by Carl Weese
I guess we all see things like this every day, yet only a few REALLY notice how much such scenes touch our soul. We think they are a thing of beauty, and I guess that in your case that is why you made a photograph. I'm thinking that such images are an important record of your reactions. Some one less spiritually emotive would probably have just reached for a brush and pan!
I really Like the red leaves.
Thanks. I think that "to really notice" is a main theme of what I think photography is about.
For me, I'm at a stage where I notice many things AFTER I shoot the photo, so I think I need to slow down and before hand and visualize what it is I want to capture.
