I remember back during 1976 bicentenial a number of cities and villages painted their hydrants to look like men, women and soldiers from that era. Did you ever get any of those?
I don't think I did but I will search, that would make a good portfolio.

Don, I don't recall seeing those, but I wonder if anyone did record the phenomenon?
