I am always surprised that the graphic style of modern graffiti is so closely linked to the graphics that I remember from 1960s and early 70s "hippie days". You see this on railroad graffiti also.
Is it that graffiti artists are all old, or do the kids today study the work of Robert Crumb? . . . or what?
