Hidden Valley Snow

Washington, Connecticut, 11/28/21

Last Sunday we had our first snow of the season. It was a light snowfall, about an inch, but the temperature stayed below freezing all day, with an overcast sky that kept anything from melting. I was able to spend hours hiking around the Hidden Valley Preserve photographing the trees and river decorated with a frosting of white.
