You are more about spaces and a message, no? I must be more about grit and texture. The right third of this, shot as a vertical with rust, plaster, brick and stains prominent calls to my eye. GT

I tend to like balance and complexity. The right 1/3 vertical here would be too much a graphic exercise for me, a bit too much simplicity, though you are right, the textures would be rewarding. They will be, too, in a large enough print of the looser framing.
