Scott, plastic storm windows. I've seen this before. Plastic, Plexiglas, etc. storm windows often bow inward so they present a convex instead of planar surface. Sunlight reflecting off that surface paints this distinctive shape if there's a wall in the right spot.

I'll bite. What made the light pattern, two or four times? Certainly not the mirror in the previous picture.
