Looking East, Looking West

Tyringham, Massachusetts

It's worth mentioning (not for the first time) how often it seems that when I reach an interesting place, with subject matter that shapes up into an interesting picture, there's another picture lurking in the same place. Maybe right back the other direction. That was the case here under an off and on rainy sky in early December.

These are a lovely pair. Soft, contemplative, layered.

Thanks, Barbara. Always drawn to soft light and wet weather.
