Naugatuck, Connecticut
There was a thick haze in the air this morning, with high humidity and a forecast of temperatures in the mid nineties later in the day. It's 95°F now at 2:45, much hotter than normal seasonal temperatures.
It's still spring in western Connecticut with summer conditions still weeks away, but the trees are much more filled out than even one or two weeks ago.
Usually I don't like clear hard sunlight for most subjects, but the clear light yesterday afternoon had a certain look to it that made me decide to head out and photograph a few places that I'd recently shot in soft morning fog conditions.
