A lot going on in this shot! I had to click on the larger view to really appreciate it! Woman on cell phone, foot of the person cleaning the glass! Wonder what a cropped closer view would do? Definitely the "decisive moment"! ;-)

Wonderful. A shy window cleaner, the obiquitous cell phone talker and that perfectly landscaped group of plants. One's eye never stops moving.

Thanks, John. I'm always looking for combinations of things. What I first noticed walking by was the manicured little garden plot against the wall of the building, but instead of walking up to it I looked around for what might complete things, and tried a shot from a few steps closer, including the restaurant sign. Then the woman with the cell phone, and the window washer, both appeared a few seconds later, so there was the shot.

Thanks Jim. I like this kind of sneaky configuration. At first glance there's a lot of empty space, or nearly, with little islands of detail and activity. Then, as you say, you start to make connections between the elements. This is also the sort of picture that I need a little time to decide about in editing. It gets an immediate star for further consideration, but stayed in the For the Blog, Current, folder; took me a month to decide to put it up.
