I couldn't tell whether this is an actual building-billboard for the soft drink, done in a retro style, or whether it is a current mural done in the style of a decades-old advertisement. I'm guessing the latter, since across the street, facing this wall, is this one:

The town square and the broad streets around it are indeed impressive, especially for a town of just 9,000 population.
